"I'm here to tell ya', even though I'm 7,983 miles away, I still get honest, down-to-earth, personal service from Final Touch. Ever since we put the FR500s on the "Boss's" car during Mustang Week, I've been looking to get another set of shoes for the Mach. I must have spent the better part of 3 months looking for a wheel that would set the Mach off the way those FR500s did. Well, after all that searching I couldn't find what I wanted. I found many wheels that had a few features that I like but nothing with the whole package. Just as I was about to give up, I decided to call Roger for some advice. Now remember, I had to call from a DSN line phone all the way from Afghanistan . Anyone that has any experience with that knows how hard it is to hold a conversation on them. Voices fades in and out, there's like a 2-3 second delay between pauses so you're always talking over the other person, etc. Even through all of that Roger was more than happy to help me.

Well, I had them shipped direct to his shop and he notified me the minute they came in. He was even nice enough to inspect the wheels and verify that they sent the right ones. Soon after notifying me that the wheels showed up, he sent me an email telling me they were done! He even attached three photos so I could see for myself the awesome job he had done! I'm telling ya' folks, the service you will get from Roger and the Final Touch family can't be beat. Everything from pricing to just being nice people, nobody else even comes close.

" This place is the epitome of everything that comes to mind when you think of the values of a small business. I placed an ad on CraigsList looking for someone to mediablast a pistol frame for me and also contacted several garages and paint places in the area. I got one text from a guy telling me to check out Final Touch (who I had also sent an email to moments ago) and that he worked there as the mediablaster. A little bit later I got an email response from Roger (owner?) of Final Touch Powder Coating. I went back and forth with both a few times and was immediately impressed with their friendliness and willingess to answer a bunch of questions I had. I took my part in and explained exactly what I wanted done and tried to hide the fact that I was a bit nervous due to this part having tremendous sentimental value to me. I got a call the next morning (today) and saying it was done. I showed up and chatted with the incredibly friendly lady at the counter for a moment before she fetched my part. Upon looking at it I was floored as it was far and away better then what I expected. They took the time to mask off the more sensitive areas of the frame and did an amazingly thorough job of blasting it even getting the inside of the frame which I never expected to be touched. To make things even better, it only cost me $10 to have done which is what he quoted me over an email without even seeing it. I never expect quotes to be the actual price as something always found to increase the price (like him masking, but he didn't charge). As I was driving back to work I was thinking up what else I was going to bring over and have mediablasted so that I could shoot some Duracoat onto it.
